President Hakainde Hichilema has transferred honorable Peter C.Kapala,MP to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock and honorable Makozo Chikote MP to the Ministry of Energy with immediate effect.
The President implored and directed the Ministers to discharge their functions with due diligence in their new portfolios.
Thus is according to a statement released to the media by Clayson Hamasaka ,Chief Communications Specialist at State House.
Will the change make any difference in the
Energy sector?
Will the new minister of energy end the load
Shedding or reduced hours of load shedding?
Zambians are waiting to see?
Change will make no difference
A bag of new Promises
Why Transfer ?? Will livestock not suffer now ??
Transferring a problem to a problem.
Exactly next the Minister of health being transferred to Transport or Water & sanitation !!!
Where is the logic behind these transfers
Whilst in opposition HH sounded like he was a genius but now you can’t even tell whether he’s going or coming….and i quote ” THE MAN IS INCOMPETENT…HIS BRAIN AND HIS MOUTH DON’T COORDINATE”…
Zambians voted for HH so that he can sort out problems but now HH is doing exactly the opposite…CREATING MORE PROBLEMS….if HH was in a developed country by now he could have been forced to resign
Even in an ordinary job employers get experienced people, what do you expect from someone that is a cattle herder?
He will now be assuring livestock owners that there will be no anthrax. Fyabupuba fye. Why did you assume power when you knew you were so clueless banene?
The entire UPND team are on the same level. Moving one incompetent person to another incompetent person will not solve the problems we are having. We have problems with Masebo, Kapala, Mutolo, Stumbeko, Nkombo it mention just a few. HH is trying to win a game of chess when he has only pones to work with.
I feel sorry for the people that have to stand in front of this man as he tells his lies
