FORMER president Edgar Lungu has called for the immediate arrest of those allegedly involved in the abduction of Petauke Central Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda. But State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has lamented that Lungu is putting his life in danger by commenting on rumours.
