KAMFINSA PF MP Christopher Kang’ombe has moved a motion to add a provision under Clause 12 of the Minerals Regulation Commission Bill National Assembly Bill Number One of 2024. However, Minister of Mines Paul Kabuswe objected to the proposal when the Bill was at the committee stage in the National Assembly on Wednesday.
