THE National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQEZ) says it is disturbed by government’s neglect to send free education grants to schools for the third quarter of the year. NAQEZ Executive Director, Aaron Chansa, says if government fails to commit to funding schools, it will be impossible to sustain the free education policy.
