FORMER ACC commissioner O’Brien Kaaba has commended Solicitor General Marshal Muchende for suing him, saying it will give him an opportunity to demonstrate the truthfulness of his corruption claims. And Lusaka High Court Judge Situmbeko Chocho has granted Muchende an interim injunction restraining Dr Kaaba from publishing or causing to be published any statements or allegations that directly or indirectly defame Muchende’s character or reputation.
