THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and Office of the Public Protector (OPPZ) have signed an MoU to promote integrity, accountability and transparency in the public service. Speaking during the signing ceremony, Tuesday, ZRA Commissioner General Dingani Banda said the partnership with OPPZ was an important platform for addressing taxpayer complaints and grievances. “OPPZ being the lead agency in combating maladministration in the public sector, is a strategic partner to ZRA.
